It’s common for tracking information to temporarily show no updates or appear delayed. Here’s what you need to know about tracking your Covercraft order.
Why Your Tracking Number May Not Update Immediately
Processing Delay: After a shipping label is created, it may take 12–24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information in their system.
Carrier Scans: Some carriers scan packages only at certain points in transit, so tracking may not update at every stage.
Custom or Large Orders: For custom-made or oversized products, tracking may appear inactive until the package is picked up by the carrier.
What You Can Do
Wait 24 Hours: Give the carrier some time to process the shipment and update the tracking information.
Check Tracking Directly with Carrier: Use your tracking number on the carrier’s website (FedEx, for example) to see the most up-to-date information.
Contact Covercraft Support: If your tracking hasn’t updated after 24–48 hours or you have concerns, submit a request via our Help Center or call 1-800-274-7006.
Tips
Keep your order confirmation email handy when checking tracking or contacting support.
Tracking updates often show in batches rather than in real-time, so a delay doesn’t usually indicate a problem with your order.
