If you haven’t received a tracking number for your Covercraft order, don’t worry! There are a few common reasons and easy steps to resolve it.
Why You Might Not Have a Tracking Number Yet
Your order may still be in production or processing.
A shipping label has not yet been created.
For some orders, especially large or custom items, tracking may only be generated once the order leaves our warehouse.
What You Can Do

Check Your Email
Ensure you are checking the email address used to place the order.
Look in your spam or junk folder in case the shipping email was filtered.

Visit our Order Tracking page.
Enter your email address and order number.
You may see your order status even if a tracking number hasn’t been sent yet.

If you still cannot find your tracking number, submit a request via our Help Center.
Include your order number and the email address used for the order.

Tips
Tracking numbers are only generated after the order has shipped.
Custom or oversized orders may take longer to produce and ship, which can delay the tracking number.
