Here at Covercraft, we want to be able to see what you see so we can guide you through installation, expectations of the product or help confirm if there is a factory defect or warranty need. Pictures are required in all of these instances, per our policy.

You can easily take photos of the installed product and send it in to our support team. If we need more images or need to communicate with you about your customer service inquiry, we will respond to you in text or a follow up email as needed.
By texting Covercraft customer service, you agree that we may store your phone number associated with your support ticket and to our privacy policy. We will not text you with any unsolicited conversation, marketing material or offers. This number is purely for inbound customer support, unless we need more photos.
