While some items may be returned within 30 days of shipment, please note that many of our products are custom-made to order for your vehicle and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, our customer service team is happy to help—just reach out!
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, all items must be:
- In clean, new, unused, undamaged, and resalable condition
- Securely packed in the original box with all original packing materials
- Returned with a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) clearly marked on the outside of the package
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items Include:
- All dash mats
- All front end covers (including Colgan and LeBra)
- All WeatherTech products
- Select car covers, seat covers, sunshades, and floor mats (see cart checkout for exact exclusions)
- Personalized items (e.g. with logos or embroidery)
- Custom-made car or RV covers (based on customer-supplied dimensions)
- Custom ComfySheep and AeroSheep products
- Items returned used, damaged, or not in original packaging
- Vehicle covers with reflective welting or manufacturer logos
- Covers made with: WeatherShield®HD, WeatherShield®HP, Form-Fit®, or Sunbrella® fabrics
Restocking Fees:
- 25% for standard eligible returns
- 50% for unauthorized returns, used or damaged items.
Defective Items:
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, we are committed to making it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a full refund, replacement, or partial replacement at our discretion once the following conditions are met:
- You provide all required documentation and images
- We inspect and confirm the defect
If the item is found not to be defective, if approved a refund will be issued for the item only—not for shipping. If the item has been personalized with embroidery or logos we will return the item back to you and a refund will not be issued.
***The customer will be required to provide full images of the defective area, as well as the product tag with the part number and serial number. A return will not be approved without the needed images. ***
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original credit card used at purchase. Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing.
If your order included a promotional free gift with purchase, the free item must be returned along with its original packaging & cover to be eligible for a full refund of the purchased product.
Failure to return the free gift may result in a deduction from your refund equal to the value of the gift.
