Thank you for choosing Covercraft. We’re sorry to hear you wish to return your item. While most items can be returned within 30 days after shipment, please note, some restrictions apply.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
All returned merchandise must be in clean, new, resalable, unused, undamaged condition, securely and correctly repacked in original box and packing materials. A valid return authorization number (RA#) is required and must appear on the outside of the package for easy identification.
Non-returnable items include:
- Personalized items with logos, embroidery or logo additions
- Any custom-made car cover by customer supplied dimensions
- Any custom fit RV Covers by customer supplied dimensions
- Custom ComfySheep and Custom AeroSheep products
- Damaged, abused, misused or items not in original packaging
- Custom fit vehicle covers with reflective welting or manufacturer logos
- Any products manufactured with WeatherShield®HD, WeatherShield®HP Multi-Colors, Form-Fit® and Sunbrella® fabrics.
We reserve the right to reject a return or refund if the customer fails to follow the proper return procedures, the item remains in customer’s possession, customer fails to provide error or defect in product, customer refuses to pay return shipping costs, or the item is returned 30 days after authorization.
A restocking fee of 20% may apply to products returned without authorization, items in used or damaged condition, and patterns with low sales volume or infrequent demand.
Unless the product is received with a confirmed defect, the buyer is responsible for returning the product to obtain a refund.
DEFECTS:
In the unfortunate event of receiving an item with a claimed factory defect or error:
Fully refundable or replacement issued at no charge when:
- Customer supplies all required documentation to confirm defect
- or
- Item has been received/inspected with confirmed defect
We reserve the right to inspect all claimed defective returns. In the event the product is determined to be non-factory defective, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only, not to include any additional shipping cost.
REFUNDS:
All credit card purchases that qualify for a refund will be credited to the same credit card account that was charged from the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for complete processing.
