If your order has not yet entered production, we can usually make changes. This includes updating product selections, quantities, or your shipping address.After Production Has Started:
Because many of our products are custom made to order, once production has started, we may not be able to make changes.
Canceling Your Order
Before Production Begins:
You may request a cancellation, and we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.After Production Has Started:
Orders in production cannot usually be canceled, as materials and labor have already been allocated.
