We know you’re excited to get your Covercraft product, and we want to set clear expectations around timing. Because many of our products are custom made to order, shipping times can vary depending on what you’ve purchased.
Custom-Made Products
Most custom covers (seat covers, DashMats, Sun Shades, etc.) are made specifically for your vehicle.
Production time is typically 7 business days before your order ships.
Once shipped, standard transit times apply based on your location.
Shipping & Transit
Most orders ship via FedEx.
Once your tracking label is created, your order may show as “label created” until FedEx picks up the package from our facility. There can be a short delay during pallet loading before it begins moving in the FedEx system.
How to Check Your Estimated Delivery Date
During checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery timeframe.
After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your package.
Delays & Special Considerations
Holidays and high-volume seasons may extend production or shipping timelines.
International shipments can take longer due to customs clearance.
If there’s ever an unexpected delay, our team will notify you via email.
